The Emblem of this Society shall be the Oak. Osage Chapter ORGANIZED April 29, 1987		The National Motto of this Society shall be "Past, Present, Future." The National Object is "Patriotic, Historical, and Educational."	The National Theme of this Society is "Honor the past, appreciate the present and plan for the future." The Osage Chapter is pleased that Missouri State Regent DALE is a member of our chapter. We also have honorary State Regents Estella Morrison, Marian Gish, and Evelyn Kinkade as our member and associate members.

The National Society emblem for our members who join before age 35 is the "Golden Acorn", which is exactly right for us. From those little acorns grow our mighty Oaks. Our members are like those acorns. They become strong, sturdy representatives of our ancestors, committed to the preservation of our freedoms, our history, and our heritage.
