November 11 th 05. Liza and Flips wedding pics now up, and a few new random ones from a practice session lark about! Check em out here.
October 25th 05. Well it's been a while, quite a while since the last bit on here. So what have the boyos been up to? Well probably the biggest thing was Flips marriage to the lovely Liza only a few weeks ago - Congratulations to the happy couple and cheers for a rad rad wedding day! This culminated in a party at the Full Moon where the groom ripped through a few tunes for his betrothed before leaving the stage to The Viva Knevils and Slaughterhouse57 to rip it up with a rock n roll party set. There should be a few pics of the day appearing on here as soon as I get em!

Before all this though Da Band went on tour with Disco Volante which was a rip roaring success by all accounts. Check them girls(and fella) out, you won't be sorry!

Da Boys also managed to record a new EP which is called "Long, tall and the short of it" and should be available at gigs. Speaking of which there will be one with The Peacocks on the 3rd of December at The Junction, Stokes Croft, Bristol. Come and see Flip and Robs shiney new geetars!

July 25th 05. Faaarkin ell - two updates in almost 2 days! Whats going on - well more gigs are going on by the sounds of it..AND (it's a big and too) theres now a GUESTBOOK! So please leave all your abuse, comments, critisms, 80's skateboard stories and general praise RIGHT HERE!

As for the gigs, well here we go..Some of it is still to be confirmed but it's looking like a well rad, well busy few weeks for the boyos-

Sept 3rd in the full moon, bristol
Sept 8th in swansea with bad habits
Sept 27th the freebutt, brighton with disco valentino from sweden

July 25th 05. Back with some more news at last! The punk fest thing in Gloucester was a "interesting" by all accounts - tales of no sound system til midnight, then the boyos going on about 3am fully wrecked up in the pitch darkness. Classic.

Flip emailed me a few more dates, the band will be in the Tollhouse, Bridgend, S Wales on the 28th July and are headlining I think. Support is from a couple of local bands. Then the fellas are top of the bill at the DLH Funday. I can testify to this being a right ol good laugh, where better than to spend a nice August day getting drunk, skating and listening to some kick ass music. July 5th 05. A small update, but important nontheless, as Flip sent me an email! As you can see he has a firm grip on modern technology:

June 24th 05. Well the Junction gig went off alright. Flip reckoned it was a bit meh, but from where I was standing it sounded fooking good. Some of the new tunes got another airing and they keep sounding better! The boys were supporting crust shouters Flyblown and swedish noise merchants Ambulance. Check em out, they are pretty sick!

There'll be pics from the gig up dead soon, along with a bunch of other news once I get hold of Flipper and throttle him until he gives me info. I shoulda been an interrogator, I've got a really bright lamp and everything. fatbobbywebmonkey.

June 15th 05. AN UPDATE! Yep you better believe it! First the bad news - the euro tour was cancelled due to a few dates being pulled so the boyos decided it wasn't worth the trip in the end which lead to Flip going on a week long bender UP THE PISS'EADS! The good news is that there will be a gig on the 24th June at The Junction, Stokes Croft, Bristol. May 17th 05. As the webmonkey responsible for this site I thought I'd better start putting some stuff up. There'll be some mp3's on their way soon, and as soon as I can harass Flip enough to tell me there'll be some details of the Euro tour heading your way soon!

Sticking with gigs Da Cappers played at The Junction in Bristol for a private party last saturday and a right rockin laugh it was too. They played a new tune as the opner which certainly did the trick, but just go see em and check it for yourself. The rest of gig was fuckin off it too, I ain't seen no-one sweat as much as this lot. And all smartly dressed to!
