Kevin Murdoch was recruited by the previously-lost Grand Admiral Thrawn into the service of the pathetic remnant of the Imperial Navy, but while most people would think this to be a problem, Murdoch had a reason.... However the only reason Murdoch even considered singing up was the surprising turn towards victory the Imperial Remnant had taken in recent battles.

Murdoch instantly recongized the propaganda master that Thrawn was, along with his superior tactics, and if this trend continued, the New Republic migh fall. While this would probably wrankle his Fringer associates, the opportunity to curry favor with the future rulers of the galxay was a temptation he could not overcome.

Piloting a TIE Interceptor for the Imperial Navy, he is also the squadron commander for his unit aboard the ISD Chimaera. The admiral is still recruiting, and as of yet the unit has not faced any combat situations.
