Box Office Location:
All Events for the Wachovia Center and the Wachovia Spectrum can be purchased in person at the Wachovia Center Complex Box Office located on the Broad Street side of the building at the Center.

Box Office Hours:
Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (only if there is an event that day)

Box Office Facility Charge:
A $2 per ticket Facility Charge is added to all ticket purchases at the Wachovia Complex Box Office for all events except Flyers, 76ers, Phantoms, Wings, Charge and Kixx.

Payment Accepted at Box Office:
CASH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & MAC Credit Card purchases require two forms of I.D. Personal checks are NOT accepted. CASH is Preferred for Concerts.

General Rules:
Smoking permitted in designated areas.

Children Rules:
Children under two do not require a ticket for most events but will be required to sit on the lap of a paying customer.

Miscellaneous:
At the Center two Wachovia Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are on the premises. At the Spectrum One Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is available.

Guest Services & Information Booths:
At the Center, Guest Services is located inside the building on the Broad Street side opposite Section 101. At the Spectrum, Information Booth is located inside the building on the South Side opposite Section 216.

Will Call Windows:
Will Call at the Center is located at the Box Office on the Broad Street side of the building. At the Spectrum, Will Call is located on the South Side of the building at the lower level Box Office.

Accessible Seating:
The Center is equipped with elevators and escalators. The Spectrum is equipped with ramps outside the building located on the Eleventh Street and Broad Street sides of the building. Parking is marked by the Universal Symbol. Seating can be purchased by Contacting the Box Office at (215) 389-9571. Accessible Seating should be purchased in advance. TDD for the Hearing Impaired is (215) 389-9599.

Executive Offices:
At the Center the Executive Offices are located on the Broad Street side of the building. At the Spectrum the Executive Offices are located on the Lower Level-South Side of the building.
