SYNOPSIS:
"Where's Waldo?" is basically the popular children's book gone horribly wrong. Or horribly right, rather. Waldo goes pyscho and begins a killing spree in Southern Arizona. Sgt. John Asher is assigned command of a special task force whose mission is to find and take Waldo down. Waldo, however, has an uncanny ability: he can hide whenever he wants, and nobody can find him no matter how hard they look. He has a sheath on his back where he keeps a gruesome chainsaw. He usually keeps several firearms on his person, and always has cruel knives hidden somewhere in his vestiments. He keeps miscellaneous weapons (sporks, plastic explosives, rocket launchers, rakes, etc.) in his satchel, and his cane can easily convert into a machine gun with the press of a button.
Waldo eventually kills Sgt. Asher's mentor in the police department, Chief Stokes, causing Sgt. Asher to become agressive towards the replacement chief. Sgt. Asher loses his badge and authority, and is off the task force. He then takes matters into his own hands when he discovers that Waldo may be under the influence of some physical augmentation drugs that turn him into a killing machine. The only thing that pacifies him is blood -- if there's enough, then he can collect his mind enough where he can write out a little message and leave it at the scene before the drugs take him again.
Asher breaks into a heavily guarded institution to get the components needed for the only chemical that can render Waldo's hiding abilities useless. Unfortunately, Asher must now evade FBI agents and W.T.F. members, who don't believe in Asher's solution. Asher, with the whole word against him, does all he can with what little friends he has left to take Waldo out, for good.
