Someday
Our situation now is not really what we dreamed for,
Sometimes it really hurts, they shut the door,
They close their minds, their ears and hearts,
They never wanted us to be together from the very start.
I encountered a reading from the Holy Bible,
That in hardships, faith you must double.
Never give up for "someday" will come and we will take hold,
Their love and acceptance, as wonderful as the rainbow's end- a pot of gold.
Just hold on love like what I am doing,
Let us pray and let us keep on waiting,
For in His right time, perhaps not today, not tomorrow I can not say,
But with faith my love, someday...
Someday they will allow us to love freely,
Someday I can show the world my love to thee,
Someday may come, perhaps not today, not tomorrow, I can not say,
But I am certain with faith my love, someday...
