I can't understand why still can't get over you,
I tried so hard but still I cannot do.
I've always known that you cannot stay forever
But how was I to know that when you go away,
I will love you more than ever...
I love you...it may be the first time I said it out loud,
But it doesn't mean it's just this time that I've known.
I have loved you long before...
and I will continue loving you forevermore...
I know you love me too, you never told me but I knew...
The things you did, the words you spoke told it all...
Too bad, not all good things last forever...
Too bad, what we have had to end....
I know there were times I've taken you for granted...
It is not that I thought you were not special...
It's just that we were always together...
And I knew you would understand....
Oh how I miss your smile and your gentle touch...
Your funny jokes and even the corney ones...
I miss the sound of your laughter even the sound of your tears...
I miss them all but most of all I miss you...
I miss you so, it tears my heart.
I don't know how much long I can stand of our being apart.
I love you so much it pains me inside...
I know we both want to stay...
But life wouldn't adjust to our ways.
There are dreams to pursue,
There are roads to journey
It's sad that we cannot walk one road...
Hand in hand like we used to.
True, the roads we are passing are not the same...
But remember somewhere in our roads we met.
And I believe one day these roads will meet again,
One day our paths will cross again...
We might stay a while then walk away again...
But who knows maybe that time...
Just maybe... We will be staying there together...
And in that time forever...
