In advertissements
Their role is either the one of the housemaid or the mother ; males are rare in cleaning products or baby stuffs advertissements, or the one of the working woman ; the product would easier her work , she would feel better and would succeed; she HAS to please men to succeed.
In magazines
Women don't bring the necessary credit to be on poltitics or science magazines.
In male magazines and in female magazines the theme of seduction is not tackled the same way : female magazines stress the changes to bring to their bodies and their personalities to fit men desire , whereas male magazines stress the way to get a woman and how to handle HER body.
On female fashion magazines , skin and bones models are on covers to make women feel guilty of not having the same body and in order to have them to buy all the necessary products to become like those fake models.
In music
Under the pretext of wanting to sll more, some rap artists are openly mysogynous and use disrecpectful language towards women.
Women are "bitches" and money-interested (like prostitutes).
Female rappers are openly "bitches" which is a kind of feminist claim for them.
Men are " playas" and brag a lot about their sexual performances.
They are taken as references by some young people.
They don't question the society but act for it , they -female and men- act for the perpetuation of Patriarchy.
In movies
The fist role is often a man there is always a powerful man around. Women are more passive , it's obvious in action or adventure movies.
More than for male actors they have to be very beautiful , able of tenderness ; "feminine" in sum.
The more the role is secondary the more the body matters.
In video games
Virtual women are pretty girls, sexy, athletic, strong, and intelligent. In their actions they are manly but they are still feminine by their physical appearance.They are characters who only obey to orders given by the players.
They are in fact strong but submissive.
In pornography
Disrespectful treatments and language towards women that could make men to reproduce it.
Women are either passive or very sexually aroused ; as man sees fit.
Women are only fulfilling men desires; their pleasure first.
Two women are shown together to excite men.
A woman is cumming to please her male partner ; a woman HAS to cum to please him.
Through pornography men define what is sexually pleasurable.
A more hard pornography which includes; the use of objects on women, batterings and other violences, is a total negation of women as human beings.
Pornography is the epitome of women as sex object.
ALL the media are considered from the male's point of view that support Patriarchy and the paroxysm is pornography.
