Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. END STRENGTH FOR ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL OF THE ARMY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authorized strength for active duty personnel of the Army as of September 30, 2005, shall be 512,400.
