The only document that I have available for information on my husband's maternal family was a copy of his grandmother Mariana's Birth Certificate that she obtained from Poland.
It is written in Polish and is shown below. I have been in E-mail contact with a professor with the last name Turowski in Poland who may be a relative and I requested that he translate it for me.
It is definitely a copy of her birth record that she sent for from Poland. We believe that she needed this document in order to meet the requirements for collecting her Social Security.
