Sooner or later you, like me, are going to strike a "philatelist" who is all take and no give. These people need to be given a wide berth and black-listed as soon as ALL care is taken to prove them so.
In my case, after six months of fruitless attempts to get this poor excuse of a philatelist to reciprocate on our verbal contract (I believe a person's word is his/hers contract), I had to resort to black-listing.
