+NO name calling +NO bossing around (If you have an issue with another member, please bring it to the Organization Head) +NO horsing around +NO personal items (Discman, walkmans, MP3 players, cell phones) (Only cell phones, pagers and walkie-talkies for work are aloud!) +DO NOT hit an animal for any reason (You will be expelled immediately) And we will beat you down. Show you how it feels. +ALL members 'must' do 'all' tests and assignments assigned and have them in on time. +ALL members 'must' brush their teeth daily. +ALL members 'must' shower daily. +ALL members 'must' be equipped before going out. +ALL members 'must not' wear lots of perfume. We're just rescuing animals, Paris Hilton! We're not going shopping! +ALL members 'must' treat each other with respect because, we here at DSPAR are family and all members are equal. +Everyone pulls their weight around HQ +All members 'must' do chores assigned to them. +ALL members 'must' attend all meetings (Unless you have a very, very good excuse that suits the DSPAR head) (BOYFRIEND EXCUSES DO NOT CUT IT, SO DON'T EVEN TRY IT. IF YOUR BOYFRIEND MEANS MORE THEN YOUR WORK, THEN, MY FRIEND, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK) +NO breaking the rules. (Break 3 rules=Suspension (DSPAR head will determine the length of your suspension) Continue to break the rules=Expelled. (You are to give all belongings belonging to DSPAR back. All your records will be locked and stored away after you leave (Same applies if you quit)) +DO NOT bring personal issues to the job (BOYFRIEND PROBLEMS, etc...) +NO music with promoting violence, sex, swearing, etc... +NO talking about boyfriends of other men (Eugene, Kian, Nicky, Shane, Mark, Kevin N, Matt, Nick, Howie, Kevin, Brian, AJ) +ALL members 'must' exercise daily (You need to be fit for this job) +ALL members 'must' eat a well balanced meal (While on Duty) +NO doodling or defacing of any property belonging to DSPAR or ay of it's offiliated properties. +NO SEXUAL TALK +NO breaching confidentiality. What is discussed between members stays between members (Unless involves animals) Meaning if someone has a problem, they discuss it with the Personal in charge. +Uniforms are to be worn 'only' on duty. Only uniforms issued by the DSPAR organization or specified dresscode is to be worn by organization members only. Under no circumstances is any uniforms or eqiupment to be lent out to anyone outside the organization. +Allowed two "Excused" absenses. After that, must bring proof why you were away |
