Square Rail
Step 1

Buy a long piece (about 2 feet long) of  square dowel from Home Depot.  It can be any thickness you want it to be.  Next, cut the dowel to whatever length you want the rail to be.  I chose to cut mine one foot long.
Step 2

Now that you have the rail cut, we're gonna make the legs.  Cut the same dowel into two equally-sized pieces.  The longer the legs, the higher the rail.  I like my rail about two inches off the ground, so I cut my legs to 1" in length (keep in mind that the legs may only be 1", but the rail and feet make up for the height in thickness.  So be careful not to cut too much).
Step 3

Next we'll cut the feet.  Cut them however long you want them to be, but make sure that they're at least 1 1/2" long or else the rail might tip over.  The feet I cut in this picture are 2" long (the pieces on the left side).
Step 4

Here you need to glue the legs onto the rail. Get a tube of superglue and put one drop on the end of the leg and one drop on the rail about 1 inch in front of the end (see picture).  Place the leg on the drop of superglue on the rail and hold it there for 10 seconds.  It should now be dry enough for you to do the other leg.
Step 5

Glue the other leg on in the same place on the other side of the rail.  Let it dry for about 10 seconds like the other one.  Here's a little tipsidy doo da that'll give the legs more strength: After the legs have been placed on the rail and the glue has almost completely dried, take the superglue and put one drop in each side of the joint to give it a bit more holding power.
Step 6

Now that the legs are on, we'll superglue the feet onto the legs.  Put one drop on the end of the leg and one drop on the middle of the foot.  Then press them together and hold without moving them for 10 seconds.  Follow the instructions in step 5 for additional joint strength.
Step 7

After the feet are dry enough to hold together fine, flip the rail over and let it sit for a few minutes before you bust out tricks on it.  And ALWAYS remember to wear safety glasses while fingerboarding.
