| 5/18/03 Tony Randall died last night at the age of 84. My fondest memory of Mr. Randall is this striped suit that he had...when I was a doorman at The Gideon he would come every year to go to the track and he had this awesome suit, it was thick black and white vertical stripes, like 6-8" thick, it looked like something that belonged in Pete Townshend's wardrobe. He was always very nice and never too busy to say hello. Anyways, he died and every time I think of him I'll think of that suit. Patty, Greg and I all had him on our lists. For the first time in over a year, Mitch is not in the lead. |
