If you can make tea, you can brew, & brew
well,....
& brew you must,......& brew you will,.....
Place a bag of crush grain in some cold water, bring
to a boil, remove bag, add syrup, (malt extract), &
another tea bag of hops, boil for an hour, let cool,
add yeast, let sit for a 1-2 weeks,
BEER!!!,....
With the many different types of grains & hops, in
variance amounts,....the possiblities, (not counting
adding coffee beans, great with stouts, pepper's,
garlic, etc),....are endless,......
With a few batches under your belt,....you find out
what you like in a beer, what you don't like, & adjust
accordingly,....& those insparational "additions"
that "just" happens, (you see the coffee beans &
chocolate in the cubert & wonder, "what if",....)
into the pot it goes!!!,.....(goes GREAT in a
stout),....
