A key position player who, along with Trent Croad, looks set for stardom. Struggled with hamstring problems and illness and missed six games in 2000 and his absence was crucial in the result of a couple of games. A strong-marking full-back, Hay refuses to be intimidated and if he puts together a full season is likely to dominate. Has great pace and is good at setting up attack from defence.
