CL CORNELL
I live in Los Angeles, born & raised, and I have been listening to rap since day 1. My pops would be playing 2pac, biggie, Ice Cube, Dre's Chronic around me and my little brother all the time, he never cared about us listening to gangsta rap. I started rapping at 4 years old, common stuff like cat, hat, bat, rat, you know. I would never write down anything cause I would just go around the house freestyling. Then I got real good at it when I started writing and got to putting it behind a beat and and recording at like 16. When I turned 18 last year I just decided that I need to be a rapper. Since I have been hearing people at my school saying how sick my flow was and they was buying my mixtapes from my hustling brother. Then I would go somewhere and people would say "hey my brother bought your mixtape, your really good." Now I'm not done until the ink dries on the contract. Down to do whatever it takes(NO HOMO). I know the dancing thing right now the fastest way to get in the industry but I rather take the way in which I could still say Im not fucking up Hip Hop.
