Arrggh! I've been so busy these days going from one talk to another and preparing to pay up all my examination fees and bills. My exam fees are the worst - Around SGD$900. Wahhh~ Feels so broke now...

Nothing much to blog about. Maybe I can share with you guys a translation of NEWS Standard Crisis File. I would only include Tegoshi, Massu, Ryo and Yamapi because WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN KEI AND SHIGE!!!! *sings Nantoka Narusa~*

Standard Crisis File

1. Somehow, your family home is on fire. What do you take with you and run?

Tegoshi: My wallet and my cell phone. If I have my cell phone I could contact the fire station or someone I know and they could come and save us wouldn�t they.

Massu: I won�t run and I�d get a fire extinguisher and go put out the fire! Because I�m a super ranger. Coincidentally, when you�re getting away from a fire, so that you don�t inhale smoke, cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel.

Ryo: I�d be saying �It�s useless!� and make round trips going in and out of the house as much as possible, carrying out as much or as little as I can. My priorities would be my guitars, photos, my registered seal. . .at this point in time it would probably these things I�d spend my time on.

Pi: My cell phone and, if it�s the season it is now it would be really cold so a down jacket. I�d run away with my dogs. I�d save my dogs for sure!

2. You suddenly decide you want to live your life on an uninhabited island. What do you bring with you?

Tegoshi: Soccer ball. If you�re on an uninhabited island, your own time is endless right? It seems like if I have a soccer ball I could waste a lot of the time.

Massu: That would be Lawson right! If Lawson is there, when I get hungry I could eat, if I get board I could read fashion magazines, if it�s hot I could go and eat ice cream and if it rains I can go under the cover of the shop. It�s the best thing.

Ryo: My computer. Because if I have my computer I can go on the internet, watch DVD�s, it just seems like it would make it less boring.

Pi: Water supply and electricity. I can�t take it? But seriously replying with like, sleeping bag or something is just boring.

3. It�s then last day of earth, how do you spend it?

Tegoshi: I�d invite my family and close friends over and have a home party. If I could, on the last day I would want to spend it with the people that I like.

Massu: Crying. I�d cry with the people I happen to be with at that time.

Ryo: I would spend a normal day where it doesn�t really change much.

Pi: A party as a family. I would be happy if I could eat white rice or some home made cooking on the last day.

4. If you catch your lover being unfaithful, how you behave?

Tegoshi: If I saw it, I wouldn�t say it right away. Then, after a while, I�d try asking �You have something to tell me don�t you?� and if she talked to me honestly I�d forgive her.

Massu: I think I�d break down right there because of the shock. When I come to my senses, I would cry while returning home.

Ryo: At the spot I�d say to my girlfriend �what�re you doing?�. After that I don�t know what I�d do but It'd basically be hard to forgive her.

Pi: My emotions would erupt and I would rough up my girlfriend and the person she cheated on me with apart.

5. If you went to watch a pro baseball came, and they announce �The pinch-hitter. (name of interviewee)�. What would you do?

Tegoshi: I�d do my best swing! If they announce something like that, I�d have no choice but to do it!

Massu: I would so �no no no no no no. . .� Then I would say �I�m not really a good pinch hitter~� while standing at the batter�s box anyways.

Ryo: I�d be like �Haa??� and go home. This question is really just �haa??� in itself!

Pi: It can�t be helped so I�d try my best to hit! I�d hit a home run!

I thought this interview is pretty fun, so I did one for myself too =P

I'll probably take my wallet, money, passport and birth cert. with me. It also depends on which part of the day the house is blazing. If it's at night, I probably carry my bolster as well (laughs). As for my family, they are old enough to know what to do lol...

Assuming I have a luxurious house and car on the island, I would probably bring my maids there. And then, I would also bring my friends along so that we can "suffer" together =) Living alone all the time on an uninhabited island is no fun =)

I'm not sure... but I definately will not go to work or school lol!

4. If you catch your lover being unfaithful, how you behave?

Hmm~ I'm not sure. Probably my mind would "blank-out" and left the scene. I probably also would not fetch his phonecalls or meet up with him until I've cooled down.

5. If you went to watch a pro baseball came, and they announce �The pinch-hitter. (my full name)�. What would you do?

They must have made a mistake or someone has coincidentally have the same name as mine. Anyway I would immediately exit the baseball game if they were referring to me because I don't know how to play baseball and I don't wanna make my team lose. I would only do a certain thing if I am confident in it =)

Arrggh~ My eyes hurt >< Been staring at the computer for too many hours for too many days... I'll tell you why...

21st February 2009 - Been up all night from 6pm to midnight 2pm updating myself with NEWS stuffs from You Tube. (8 hours)

22nd February - I told myself not to stare at the computer anymore as my eyes are really killing me. They have a burning feel to them. I tried to study but my eyes are kinda dysfunctional. In the end, I can hardly focus.

Remember I told you guys I'm going with Hui Ying to Yishun Northpoint Library to study? In the end, due to my sian-ness from not being able to study to my fullest extent, and also due to my mum, I arranged to meet at her house at 1.30PM (previously was 12PM at Northpoint) =.=

I got a huge shock when I saw Hui Ying!

PUI PLANT!!!! YOU HAVE PERMED HAIR!!!! WHY AM I NOT INFORMED!!!!

So un-buddy-like =.= But the permed hair suits her =) It's a good attempt for a change. Talking about changing hair-style, Angelia had changed hers too, but I hadn't get a chance to visually analyse her hairstyle yet hahaah~

But to the topic. I have always loved her house for her computer. She has a TV-screen computer which shows a whole lot of things in a webpage and makes everything that is shown on the screen high definition. So, as you can see, I went back to the computer, initially doing something proper as in looking for contact numbers to my ACCA centers and finding the map for the URA Building for a talk on Wednesday night. I tried to control myself by turning off the computer after I've did my work but unfortunately, because Tan Hui Ying is also very distracted, we ended up looking at her upcoming T-shirt design competition while I tried to influence her with NEWS stuffs like NEWS game shows from You Tube and my NEWS picture collections (an excuse that she should study shirts worn by idols so that the T-shirt that she designed would be trendy *deep laughs*).

Sorry Tan Hui Ying, I am so bad =)

In the end, she took most of my NEWS magazines collections and my whole NEWS gallery (for that I think she felt compelled to take it anyway). I think she liked the April 2008 NEWS version of Potato best. Maybe because it is greatly pastled, and we really "wow~" at the last picture of the collection...

Haha~ if you are interested to know, Tan Hui Ying (not a fan of NEWS) is the one who mentioned before that Massu looked gentlemanly. This time, after so much NEWS input into her, she actually remembered one of the members' name and face! And that is...

Now the Daite Senyorita song sounds like Yamapi's victory song. This is so annoying.

And to think that it's after all this while of trying to get her to like someone else *uh hum!* To pacify me, she told me that Tegoshi is quite handsome but still has baby-fats. (WHAT'S UP WITH HER MAN! THIS TYPE OF CONSOLATION IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! ROAR!!!!) Haha~ And no mention of Massu this time XD I must shift her gear again to sissy Yamapi with the live Daite Senyorita again, which previously freaks her out =D

Haha~ Again, I am so bad =D But Yamapi Kingdom is big enough =)

Sorry, I guess I am distracted, again. We did study lah, just for 1 hour =_= After that, no mood at all.

Hui Ying then decided to go KBox just to sing her 2 songs which is said that she had been practising them for a long time. As we were going to charge to our battle, something stopped us dead in our tracks - $.

DAMN EXPENSIVE CAN!!!! $18+++ for Sunday night karaoke!!!! Ask them go rob a bank lah!!!!

Being the poor student and the lowly paid worker of the society, we decided to flip a coin to decide whether to continue our offense. Head - Go; Tail - Retreat.

Result: Tail.

Sayonara yo KBox! Then we tried to convince ourselves that KBox is no fun and the fact that Hui Ying is there to sing only TWO SONGS (?!?!) is going to kill me. That would mean that for the rest of the 3 hours 55 minutes I would be singing - alone...

So it is a good thing that we did not go =)

In the end, we watch 流星の絆 (Ryusei no Kizuna) using her amazingly big TV-screen monitor that is attached to her computer.

Ahhh~ So nice ne~ This show is about three orphans whose parents were killed and they were trying to find out the criminal and eventually planned to kill him. We watched FIVE episodes out of ten at one go. Would have finished the whole drama if not for work tomorrow hahaah~ Amazing for a crazy show that is both funny and emo at the same time. But overall it is not bad a substitute for RESCUE (it hasn't been updated in My Soju for a while already, and I'm beginning to lose my patience). Nishikido Ryo looked fantastic and he played the role of a generous second brother who always borrowed money from people to treat others. The songs are pretty nice too.

I would give this show a rating of 3/5.

Total hours spent in front of the computer on 22nd February: Around 8 hours again????

Grand Total: 8 + 8 = 16 hours (approximate)

It is no wonder my eyes were hurting and a bit swollen when I wake up this morning. And I still have the nerve to surf the net again now hahaha~

At this rate, I'm going to be blind soon =)

My commentaries about each NEWS member (left to right, top to bottom):

Kei - This is probably the only pic that I found him cute! Maybe it's the camera angle.
Pi - Assurance smile of a leader. "You can do it." Yes! I can do it! (Sounds familiar? haha~)
Kusano - Surprisingly Kusano doesn't look that good in this picture. Not lively enough i suppose =)
Shige - Copycat of Kusano. Mouth too big. NEXT!
Ryo - Nice natural smile. He never fails to creep me out when he acts cute.
Uchi - Wierd hat, but looks nice on him. This skin tone suits him well.
Tegoshi - Two words: "SUPER~~~~ KAWAII!!!!"
Massu - The usual athletic look. Very charming. Happy!!!! =D

Haha~ Am up all night again surfing the net. Should get out somemore...

Finally the auntie (Dolly) from our workplace is gone since Monday. But her presence is still felt. For example, there is no one to wash the laundry and also to wipe the beds already. So for us, we have to do extra work. The newcomer Joyce is much more promising than the auntie lah. Joyce is friendly, diligent and has initiative. I think she would have no problem catching up in a month's time =)

Besides Joyce, we also have a new doctor joining us next week. He is currently building up his client base.

Studies wise, I am kinda behind schedule a bit. But thankfully there is no lessons next week and thus I probably can make use of the time to catch up a bit. Well, at least I'm better than the Tan Hui Ying. She only read through chapter one of her business module when she's graduating in 2 months time. As expected. She can draw the whole day but studying bores her. In some sense, I found her character is quite alike to Massu. Ok, end of story.

A few hours later, I'll be going to Northpoint Library Cafe to study with her. Hopefully, I wouldn't be distracted hahaah (so bad~). FOCUS, TAN HUI YING!!!!

Ah~ah~! Kinda missed my buddies these days. I've been out with Angelia and gang so for them is okay so far (haha sorry). Serene has been asking me out again and again and it's getting harder to reject it for my studies. My other friend has just broken up with the girlfriend and I think its not nice to reject going out with her right? After all, a friend's duty is to make the other friend happy mah (or so I thought =))

Come to think about it, I haven't seen Esther for ages (I think it's about 3-4 years already?) I wonder how she has been. We also didn't contact each other for that long as well. I don't think she knows that I am starting another studying journey again. It is very hard to contact her as she did not reply to my smses at all. Probably she changed her handphone? Anyway, let's see how things develop as time goes by. She probably is very attached to her churchmates by now.

Sometime ago, Angelia and I were talking about our old old classmate Yu Qian. It is definately a pity that both of us were so close to each other and then we just lost contact in a snap. I hope she's doing well in life =)

Oh, and this time I shall not blog anything NEWS-related cos' I realised that I've spoilt Angelia too much that she is visiting my blog for the wrong reasons. Instead of caring for her friend, she actually told me that she only read NEWS related stuffs! *Sobs Sobs*

Haha~ just kidding! You know I love NEWS too much at the moment to stop blogging about them completely, right? I have already mentioned Massu earlier in the entry, if you read through everything.

This time, I shall blog something in which Angelia is (seemingly) deeply concerned about - When Kusano is back, would I ditch Tegoshi? I thought I better give a clearer answer =P

Left to Right: Massu, Kusano, Ryo, Tegoshi, Yamapi (Pi), Koyama, Shige.
I know they look alike to people who saw this band for the first time but, they are not alike!

Tegoshi - My absolute idol quality star! He is awesome! And he is so awesome that sometimes he surprises us. But he is a really interesting character who are able to come up with a lot of nonsense. But he is not all nonsense! He is very smart as well =D I admire people who has a great amount of talents. Till now, I still like his vocals better than Massu in slow songs =)

Massu - This guy has transformed from cuteness X3 to maturity coolness 8O That increases his idol quality (in my standards) a lot. Massu vocal techinques is the best and can sing a wide range of songs. Impression increased further when I realise that he can dance very well. Too bad he is not very photogenic hahaha~ Why he is losing to Tegoshi (in my opinion) is probably that I found him taking life too seriously.

Kusano - I like his vocals the best (probably because I like fast moving songs a lot). In fact, I am very tempted to buy the Touch CD because he is singing. The main deterring factor is the price =) Looks wise, the more I look at him, the more I don't find him exceptionally good-looking. At least, he wins Kei and Shige. Massu and Tegoshi is of a different calibre of looks so it is unfair to compare with them *hohoho~* If he is in NEWS, I would say that he has the 3rd best masculine look after Ryo and Pi.

In NEWS, Kusano is probably the closest to my ideal boyfriend type. It's nice to be Tegoshi's girlfriend (because he would spoil his girlfriend crazy) but I guessed I would be so bored after sometime hahaha~ In my opinion, if Tegoshi is ever a switched down my favourite male top artises ranking, within NEWS, Massu would be the one who is going to replace him. I have never thought of Kusano taking over Tegoshi's throne hahaha~ But Kusano is definately in my top 9 no matter how much ranking he is down with.

In fact, I was thinking of changing my third (Teppei) down because I like Teppei for his baby-face. He rarely acts nowadays as well. But no one in the chart is good enough to take over the Teppei throne yet. Massu might be eligible is only he is not in NEWS (I don't want my ranking to be too NEWS-oriented). That leaves Taiyo to be the next up-coming candidate. But there is no news whether Taiyo will come back to JE again or not. So in the meantime, Teppei will still be there until I've found someone better =)

I hope I've explained myself well haha~

Oh! I just realised that Pi is totally out of the league! =P Our dear President is going to kill me if she knows about it hahaha

First up! Massu has the talent to create awkward atmosphere and always talk out of point? Yea. Wink Up - March 2009 Koyama and Yamapi speaks up.

- For the Tegoshi who doesn't like to speak up during MCs. Please share with us the energy he possesses which usually cannot be seen on stage. -

Koyama: In the dressing room, he would run around energetically without his undies and with only a bathrobe on.

Yamapi: After that, he would stand diagonally in front of me. I really hope he would wear his undies.

Massu: That is a realistic wish.

Koyama: Also, this guy recently likes to play games that frustrate others. Games such as "Let's make a new drink".

Yamapi: Ah~ I'm a victim of this! Yesterday, I poured tea into my cup as usual. After leaving my seat for a little while, there were obviously many bubbles in my drink when I returned. However, everyone around me had the "Please read the atmosphere and drink it up" expression on their faces. I had no choice but to drink it up. My tea became a really weird/powerful drink.

Massu: Incidents such as mixing in soy sauce and such to make an awful drink happen often. However this isn't what Tegoshi wants. Instead, he would add in things which are beneficial to the body to achieve his goal of creating a "special drink" people can properly drink.

Yamapi: Yesterday's drink was rea~lly sweet.

Massu: Ah I shall be honest and say that the person who added honey into Yamashita-kun's tea yesterday was.. me. It's for your throat. By the way, the ingredient Tegoshi added was lemon.

Koyama: Recently, that guy did such pranks very often. However I would not allow things like "not speaking during MC". I frequently created opportunities for him to talk during the concert tour this time round.

Massu: If it's his solo after MC, Tegoshi would not speak up in order to protect his throat. However, not saying those few sentences don't actually make much difference. I think he realized that recently.

Koyama: Tegoshi seems to have achieved some results lately during MC. Yamashita-kun no longer dances when Tegoshi is talking. Ah. Whenever Yamashita-kun feels that someone's topic is boring, he would confirm his dance steps (on the stage).

Massu: Yamashita-kun only dances when I'm talking.

Yamapi: Ahahaha. If I have a solo after the MC, I would want to confirm my steps. It's okay, Massu. Because the shige-rate is really high lately.

Koyama: It's okay it's okay because Shige usually talks a lot. As compared to Shige saying something 10 times, it is more precious when Yamapi says it once. Also, just one sentence by Yamapi has the effect of a home run. For Shige, it's like throwing four balls and entitling the pitcher a walk. In Massu's case�

Yamapi: No, baseball cannot be used as an analogy for Massu. He would be the type who brings in a basketball when playing baseball. He is the outside-of-situation kind of person.

Massu: That's not bad! I want to perform a slamdunk.

Koyama: We already said that everyone's playing baseball!

Massu: What, I thought you people were praising me.

- Recalling the concert tour -

Koyama: Really happy.. During MC, we were able to show our usual selves. Whatever it is, the conversation would be thrown to Shige right at the start.

Massu: Not to me?

Koyama: That's right too. Because (what you say would result in) an awkward atmosphere, I would pick up whatever's funny in what you say to continue.

Massu: ......

Yamapi: Eh, is Massu an entertainer who creates awkward atmospheres?

Massu: I didn't do that intentionally.

Koyama: How frustrating.

(At this point in time, Tegoshi dressed in the uniform of a high-school girl enters. Seems like he would be wearing that costume on stage for a game the next day and is currently trying it out.)

Tegoshi: (laughing in the voice of a high-school girl) Hii everyone~~~

Everyone: AHAHAHHAHAHA!! Sugoi~ You look like a girl!!!!

Yamapi: Tegoshi, please turn around!

(Tegoshi obediently turns around)

Yamapi: Sugoi~~! Tegoshi, let's go out together for a while!

(Yamapi and Tegoshi held hands and went over to the Jrs' dressing room)

Koyama (after Yamapi returned): Wah~ I laughed so hard! In M.A.D's room, Kato Yukihiro said "Why is there a high school girl in the room!! That shocked me so much that rice grains went into my nose".

Yamapi: We then brought him to the guard and told him "This girl seems to be lost". The guard went "EH" and was speechless for a moment before he said "Ahahaha that's not bad, Tegoshi! Such fun-loving attitude is important!"

Koyama: Speaking of which, if Yamashita-kun dresses up like that�

Yamapi: Hm. I definitely wouldn't do that.

Koyama: That's true. I wonder if this talk brought out the atmosphere of NEWS' dressing room.

Yamapi: Mm.. Such times can be considered as interesting moments during the concert tour.

- Massu saves the lives of people in the currently airing drama �RESCUE~� but was there a time during the tour where he has saved you? -

Nishikido: Even if it was a little thing, there wasn�t a time when I was saved by Massu. But oppositely, there hasn�t been a time when I�ve saved him either though.

Tegoshi: Massu�s memory of the choreography is really something, and Massu�s the one I�ve gone to so many times to ask him for choreography from a while ago.

Nishikido: Ahh that�s happened. Because we�ve forgotten the choreography from the last tour and the tour before that.

Shige: The one of us who needed to b saved the most was, after all, Koyama.

Tegoshi: And then, we�ve witnessed Massu in a pinch. In a song called �Why� Massu had to do the break shot in billiards (the first shot in the game).

Shige: That�s right that�s right, it was a scene with me and Massu, a scene where Massu does the break shot and then. . . I sing. Massu made mistakes countless times in that scene. It kept on missing, it was a really tired ball~ At that part, I sing �Why~� right. It so felt like �Why~� at that moment.

Nishikido: And then, before the start of the concert, he�s the person who doesn�t have a bath. Before the show, all of the other members have a bath but I�ve never seen Massu take one.

Tegoshi: That�s for sure. Before the show, he�s always dawdling backstage or at the catering place. He does things like talk to the staff.

Shige: But you know, he has a proper reason for doing that. Where we�re staying he wakes up earlier than anyone else so he has a bath properly at the hotel. It�s true though that he does it properly rather than us who don�t do it properly.

Thirdly, Massu definitely lo~~~~ok cooler than Nakamaru.

One thing I still don�t understand� The main character in the show is supposed to be training a lot to overcome his weaknesses right? In terms of build, you can already derive in the picture that Massu is of bigger built than Nakamaru. Nakamaru is too skinny for a fireman outlook. No wonder the bandmates (KAT-TUN) don�t have the confidence in him�

So why is Nakamaru the main character?

Conclusion: The producer is blind =)

Fourth! Massu can actually dance (Sorry I was pretty behind getting this information but hey! I�m a Tegoshi-fan you know!!!!)

Some commentaries about the PV:

* The costume is so disturbing. JE surely can afford to pay for better designs.
* The juniors in accompanying Massu dance pretty well too *claps claps~*
* Massu is better off singing slow romance or happy-go-lucky songs. Leave the groovy and hot songs to Kusano =)

I realised that I had posted too little Kusano's stuffs on his birthday... Ganna scolded by a few people =_= So I've decided to put up an interview about Kusano. The article is derived from Myojo Magazine May 2005. It is about the rivary between Kusano and Massu. I thought this article is the most interesting as compared to the other Kusano-related interviews. Maybe becasue Massu is included lol? Enjoy!
