Angels on the staircase,
to the Heavens there on high.
Their voices sing in harmony,
souls shine there in outcry.
They do sing the praises,
of the Lord, God above.
Showered with the purity,
of a white flying dove.
Their wings in folded splendor,
hands clasped in earnest prayer.
Homage to the Heavenly Master,
his eternal love to share.
The peace and the serenity,
found in this Heavenly place.
Beyond all man’s dreams and beliefs,
save those that share in grace.
All men are born to live and die,
with Heaven or Hell to show.
Keeping faith and in Gods grace,
the better the two to know.
