Hollow out this heart
And fill it up with dirt
Eyes speaking truths
No one wants to hear
So left unheard
Misunderstood and tarnished
Embracing lonely pains
Only want acceptance
Drowning now in shame
Feeding all this death
I've soiled this grave with tears
This dirt around my head
To bury what I feared
Birds of prey now circle
My hands and mouth are bound
All my good intensions
Undone and left unfound
Eating what I was
Innocence of soul
I only pushed myself
And fallen deep into this hole
I've fallen down, down
And very slowly
The worms will eat me whole.
