I thought the Mordian Iron Guard were appropriately police-looking, so I wrote up some rules and there they were. They reminded me of the German uniform of WWII so that is what I based their colors on.

| The Watchmen aren't really a gang as listed in the rules, but they mentioned throughout the books as the local law enforcement. So, since I was the arbitrator of the campaign we were doing, I thought it would be kind of fun to have them pop up in some of the scenarios that we were doing. I thought the Mordian Iron Guard were appropriately police-looking, so I wrote up some rules and there they were.
