halloween battle

It was a quiet evening at the S.S.F. House and everyone was sleeping well not all of them were sleeping, Jack was tossing and turning in his bed he was have another nightmare and this time it was more scarcer than the last one. He was dreaming that his other half, his dark side had returned to seek his revenge on him and the people that he love especially his girlfriend Kat.

Mad Jack: I coming for you and there is no way you will survive my wrath. (laughing as he brought his sword down on him)

Jack woke up panting and sweating hard; he placed his hand on his forehead and tried to relax.

Jack: It was all a dream but it seemed so real.

Then he heard the door to his room open, slowly but quickly he grabbed his sword as the figure entered, it was Kat.

Kat: Man oh man glade I got that report done. Oh Jack you’re still up?

Jack (sighing with relief and putting his sword down): It is only you.

Kat: Of course silly who do you think it would be.

Jack: Nothing.

Kat went to her dresser draw and pulled out her PJ’s.

Kat: I’ll be right back, I got go change.

Jack: Alright.

Kat left the room to change and Jack began to sigh a little, still thinking of the dream he was wondering if Mad Jack would return to kill him. Thinking it was all just nonsense he lied down once more. Kat returned wearing her PJ’s and got into bed with Jack, she snuggled close to him.

Kat: Are you sure your alright Jack?

Jack: I’m fine, goodnight Kat.

Kat: Goodnight Jack, oh before I forget there is a Halloween Party tomorrow so that means we are going shopping for Halloween costumes.

Jack: Halloween? What is that?

Kat: You never heard of Halloween before Jack.

Jack: No? What is it?

Kat: It’s a holiday were people dress up, have fun, and have a great time.

Jack: Oh, I see well I hope nothing happens tomorrow.

Kat: Why, is there something wrong?

Jack: Nothing, it just I have a bad feeling something is going to happen tomorrow.

Kat: Oh Jack don’t worry, now I had a hard day today and I need(yawning) some rest.

Jack: Yes, well goodnight Fuzzy Doggy-Ears.

Kat: Goodnight Snuggle-kins.

Jack and Kat fell fast asleep in each other’s arms. Not far from the house was an old graveyard and the full moon began to rise high in the sky until it reached a certain point in the graveyard and began to case a bright moonbeam on certain spot. Then the ground shook and then a hand appeared out of the ground, then another one and if something was coming out of the ground and then it emerged from the ground. His look just like Jack but he wore a black kimono with red trimming, his hair had silvery streak and his eyes were red and blood. As the figure pushed all the way out of the ground and stood up and looked around he knew he hadn’t had much time to spare as he walk out of the grave yard heading towards the house. He smiled and he walk knowing that he had one thing on his mine to destroy the samurai.

Mad Jack: I’m back.

The next morning Jack got up early to train before breakfast. He stood outside in the chilled morning as he practice with his sword. Then suddenly he heard something gripping his sword tight he was ready for who ever was behind him, and with one swift move he turned around only to see the god death himself Shinigami.

Shinigami: Whoa take it easy my friend, it’s only me.

Jack: Shini what are you doing here.

Shinigami: Just taking a morning walk that’s all, I saw you practicing and wanted to see how you are doing.

Jack: I’m fine. (sheathing his sword)

Shinigami: Is it?

Jack: I had a dream last night a bad one.

Shinigami: Oh what was the dream about?

Jack: My dark side.

Shinigami: Your dark side? The one you defeated on your journey?

Jack: Yes he swears he would return and destroy me and the people that I care for.

Shinigami: Hum now that I didn’t know. Perhaps you have not defeated your dark side once and for all.

Jack: What do you mean?

Shinigami: I mean is your not in balance your ying and yang are not equal, you may have to face you dark half again and truly defeat him.

Jack: But how?

Shinigami: That I cannot tell you my friend you must figure this out on your own. Well I must be going now things to do on Halloween.

Jack: That’s right today is Halloween; I was sappose to go shopping with Kat today for the party tonight.

Shinigami: Well I hope I’ll see you there my friend, have a Happy Halloween.

Jack: You too.

Shinigami disappeared leaving Jack alone.

Jack: (in thought) I must face my dark side once more and defeat him but how. How can I defeat him?

Jack shook his head a left back to the house not know that two pairs of red blood eyes was watch him.

Jack and Kat were at the mall trying to find the right Halloween costume. They tried on everything they can until finally Kat found one that would work.

Kat: Come on out Jack I want to see it.

Jack: Are you sure this costume is weird.

Kat: Jack come on how can it be weird.

Jack come out wear a hippy outfit. Kat came out wearing bell-bottom pants a long white shirt, a pair of sandals, and a bandana on her head.

Kat: You look great.

Jack: I don’t know I don’t think this isn’t me.

Kat: Oh it will be for one night don’t worry.

Jack: Alright, I’m going to go change.

Kat: Me too.

They went into the dressing rooms to change little that they know someone was watching them. As Jack was changing he heard a knock on the door of the dressing room.

Jack: I’ll be out as soon as I’m done.

The door open slowly and someone came in. As Jack was finish getting dress something hit him on the head knocking him out. It was none other than Mad Jack.

Mad Jack: I’m not thought with you yet.

Kat: Jack are you done?

Mad Jack: (discussing his voice to sound like Jack) Uh ya be right out.

Mad Jack began to chant something and his cloths, hair, and eyes change to be just like Jack. Then he left a letter right next to the real Jack, grabbing the costume, and left.

Kat: That was quick.

Mad Jack: Uh ya ready to go?

Kat: Yep let me pay for these and we will go.

Mad Jack: Great. (in thought)Phase 1 done now onto Phase 2. (smiling)

Kat and Mad Jack(discussed as Jack) made it back home, as they entered the house they saw the other members of the house putting the last finishing touches for the party tonight.

OMWOS: Jack, Kat your back from shopping already?

Kat: Yep and we got our Halloween costumes and we can’t wait, are we Jack?

Mad Jack(Jack): Uh ya can’t wait.

Kat: I’ll be right back I need to put our Halloween clothes away and get some few things done.

Mad Jack: Take all the time you need.(smiling)

Kat left leaving Mad Jack all alone.

Mad Jack(Jack): (in thought) Now onto phase two of my plan.

Mad Jack began to walking around the house chanting something as he walked by the kitchen and saw something on the table. He walked in and found a bowl of fruit there and he smiled.

Mad Jack(Jack): ( in thought) Perfect.

Mad Jack picked up an apple from the fruit bowl.

Mad Jack(Jack): (in thought) This would be great for my next plan.

Then Mad Jack heard someone behind him and it was Shade.

Shade: Hay Jack.

Mad Jack(Jack): Oh hi. (hiding the apple behind him) How’s things going

Shade: Fine I was wounding if you can help me with a little something that I need help with.

Mad Jack(Jack): Sure what is it?

Shade: I need you to help me bring in some of the food that me and Empress brought she’s ran out forgetting the soda again.

Mad Jack(Jack): Alright.

Shade: Cool.

Mad Jack sighed a bit and quickly placed the apple in his kimono and helped Shade bring in the food.

Meanwhile, Kat was finishing up the last bit of stuff when OMWOS came in.

OMWOS: Kat can I talk to you for a min.

Kat: Sure what is it?

OMWOS: I got a strange feeling something bad is going to happen tonight I can feel it.

Kat: Oh don’t worry OMWOS nothing is going to happen.

OMWOS: True but for your and mine please be careful especially around Jack.

Kat: Ok I will.

After a while Kat went down to see how things were going downstairs. As she walked into the kitchen she saw Mad Jack putting down another bag full of food.

Kat: How’s things going Jack?

Mad Jack(Jack): Oh fine, look Kat I was wandering if you would like to go out for a walk.

Kat: Before the party? Why?

Mad Jack(Jack): Because I have something to give to you and I don’t want the others to bother us if you know what I mean.

Kat: Oh well sure why not.

They left the house and headed towards the graveyard as they walked a heave fog rolled in. When they got there Kat turned to Mad Jack

Kat: Uh Jack why did you bring me here?

Mad Jack(Jack): Well I like it here and it is quite, if you know what I mean.

Kat: I don’t know this place gives me the creeps.

Mad Jack(Jack): Oh don’t worry I’m right here to protect you.(placing an arm around her)

Kat: Jack I can take care of myself thank you very much.

Mad Jack(Jack): Oh my fault sorry, say Kat are you hungry?

Kat: A little, why?

Mad Jack(Jack): Well I was thinking maybe you would be hungry and got you this.(pulling out the apple)

Kat: Jack your to thoughtful you know that.(taking the apple) Are you sure you want some?

Mad Jack(Jack): No thanks.

Kat: Alright. (taking a bit) Hum this isn’t half bad.

Then Kat began to feel a little dizzy.

Mad Jack(Jack): What wrong?

Kat: I don’t know I feel………

Before she can finish she fell the ground. Mad Jack walked over and looked at her as he turned back to his old self.

Mad Jack: Well that’s one way to put down a dog.(smiling)Now that Phase three is done now is left is phase four.
