SQUADS |
"But when a guy steps onto that field with eight other guys, what is he? Part of a team." --Al Capone in The Untouchables |
Here is what it comes down to in any confrontation. Guys kicking in doors and taking names. The fire team is the base of any infantry formation. If your fire teams are good, then your squads will be good. Good squads equals good platoons, which equals good companies, good battalions, etcetera, on up to Division and Corps level. The fire team may be an atom in the nucleus of a military organization, but without that atom, you have no nucleus. Our teams are top-notch, and we can say that because it's tried and true. |
