OPORD
The OPORD, or Operation Order, gives the soldiers the information needed to carry out an operation.  OPORDs use a five-paragraph format to organize thoughts and ensure completeness.  They also help subordinate leaders understand and follow the order.
Team Organization:
Enemy Forces: Strength is estimated at equivalent of a platoon-sized element.  Placement, strengths, and weaknesses are unknown at this time.  These issues will all hopefully be resolved with a few short recon patrols.  Leader is a terrorist named Archangel, who was rumored to have been linked with the 1995 bombing of the Hsu-Pei Subway station in Hong Kong.  He is a charismatic leader and commands the loyalty of those who fight for him.  He is known to fight along side his troops, so be prepared to encounter an enemy with high morale, decent fighting ability, fanatical devotion to their cause, and typical terrorist equipment.  Their funding comes from all over the world, so their equipment reflects that.
Archangel This man is believed to have close ties with Archangel.  Watch out for him.
Friendly Forces: D12 Tactical Response Unit.  Commanded by Captain Erik.  Squad Leaders are Sgts. Mirage (Sniper Team), Downtown Brown (Alpha), Arsenal (Bravo), and Rooster (Charlie).  Each team has approximately 5 operators, including the leader.  Commander's Intent is to infiltrate the enemy AO, secure the package, rescue any hostages, and exfiltrate with minimal loss of life.  As with any black op, the government denies knowledge.
Attachments: None.
Mission: The specifics of this information will be disseminated to you when the need arises.  OPSEC (Operational Security)  is one of the top priorities here.
Command/Signal:  Each operator will have one personal receiver.  You'll need to have an earpiece and mic.  Channels will be set just before infil.  Callsigns are as follows:
HQ Section:
HOTEL                    Sniper Team: SIERRA
Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie teams will use their respective team names for callsigns.  Expanders will be based on your position within the team.  For example, team leader is 1, shield is 2, CQBs are 3 and 4, and rifleman is 5.  This can be adjusted to the number of personnel in your team.  A typical conversation might go something like this:
"Alpha 1, this is Bravo 1, over."
"Alpha 1, go ahead."
"Alpha 1, you have 1-5 tangos in your area, over."
"Roger, Bravo 1.  We'll light 'em up.  Alpha 1 out."
This is just an example.
