Contract Agreement

the date sent to guarantee your date.If this is a problem please
notify our office.
4.Type of service:L.K.E. Production Mobile DJ Service
5.Fee agreed upon:___________________
6.Party #1 shall make payments as follows:Deposit of $75 to hold the date,remainder payable to L.K.E. Production the day of the event.
7.Party #1 shall at all times have complete supervision,direction,and control over the service provided by this agreement.
8.This agreement may be canceled by either party only on written notice at least 30 days prior to the engagement noted above.The burdon of proof of cancellation will be on the canceling party.Cancellation by L.K.E. Production Mobile DJ will result in a full refund.Timely cancellation by party #1 will result in the refund of all payments received by L.K.E. Production Mobile DJ.
9.The liability of L.K.E. Production Mobile DJ shall not exceed the amount of payments received by L.K.E. Production Mobile DJ.
10.Party #1 also agrees to supply adequate local power,tables,and other requested materials.
