Japanese Style Curry Rice Croquettes

- 400g
- Retort Curry
- 1 pack
- Processed cheese
- 2 pieces
- --------Batter--------
- Flour

- Bread crumbs

- Oil for frying

How to cook
- Cook the retort curry until reduced by half and let cool.
- Cut the processed cheese into quarters.
- Spread 1/4 of rice flat. Put 1/4 of each of (1) and (2) on top and wrap it round.
- Coat (3) with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in oil at 170℃ until golden brown.
