Japanese Style Curry Rice Croquettes

Curry rice croquettes with a crispy outside and tender inside. This is a menu item that children will enjoy. It will also be appreciated as a snack.

Retort Curry

Processed cheese
2 pieces

Flour

Egg

Bread crumbs

How to cook

  1. Cook the retort curry until reduced by half and let cool.
  2. Cut the processed cheese into quarters.
  3. Spread 1/4 of rice flat. Put 1/4 of each of (1) and (2) on top and wrap it round.
  4. Coat (3) with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in oil at 170℃ until golden brown.
Top
