Open Sandwich

Just bake all the ingredients in a frying pan and put them on top, and your breakfast is ready! Since there is no need to use a knife, there is also less to wash.

How to cook

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt the salted butter, and brown the bread on both sides until browned, then remove.
  2. In the same frying pan over medium heat, add salad oil and cook the eggs and bacon.
  3. When the bacon is browned and the whites are set, remove from heat.
  4. Top (1) with green leaves, tomato, and (3).
  5. Top with mayonnaise and black pepper.
