Summary - The website will help parents with questions and with what the business' goals are, as well as what the business offers. They will be able to see what current camps are going on, how much the cost is, and the tutors and teachers that are currently working there.
Content - The content that'll be in my website would be all the information that is necessary to answer most parents questions. I would contain the content by the owner and ask what they want me to put there. I will get my pictures and text from the internet. I'll get them from websites that offer free images and won't be taking credit from anyone.
Competition - The competition would be other tutoring centers. Our website should show how beneficial it is to come to our place, without it being so expensive.

Purpose - Users should care about this website because they will be able to find a lot of information here, and will be able to get most of their answers here. They will be able to see the current activities that are going on and they won't have to be coming into the building for every question. We have already had quite a few parents look at the old website, but creating this new website will give the owner new ideas of how to redesign their website.
Desired Results - The goal of this site is to find the answers to their questions. It will give them a lot of information about the business. What activities are going on, what our goals are, prices, employees, contact information, ect.
Target Audience - My target audience if mainly for parents who care about their child's education. These parents are looking for a trustworthy place to send their kids to so they can increase their learning, and excel in school. These parents are also (not trying to sound rude) care a little more about their child because they know the struggles that their child is going through in school. They are looking for a clean and modest place that is going to help their kid and be worth their time and money.
