Sumamry -This is a website for Hurricane City Power Department
Competition -The website will contain electric rate, forms to complete for service requests, forms to complete for solar applications, information about Public Power, graphs of resources, pictures of the lineman at work.
Logan Power- I like the layout and how easy it is to find the links to resources. I like how bright it looks and the large picture on the front page. Dixie Power - I like the pictures on the home page and how they link to information. I think it could be easier to navigate though.
Purpose -I work for Hurricane City Power and the Hurricane City website is very basic. It is hard for electric customers to find information about the Power Department on the City site.
Desired Results -I would like users to be able to quickly understand what Public Power actually is, fill out street light service requests, view the electric rates, see minutes and agenda, read about current outages, fill out solar application forms. There is alot of information that the public would like to know about the Power Department.
Target Audience -Hurricane City Residents
