tonight, i played poker with a bunch of friends from work. the art of no limit hold 'em eluded me tonight. alas, i am down 60 big ones, but it was fun. amazing how when a group of guys get together, it does not take much to have a great time. some pizza, some beer and an HD TV. DONE.
this summer we have plans to have poker nights and other gatherings more frequently. with our extensive travel, i hope we can HOLD UP this HOLD 'EM promise. and hopefully, i'll get some better hands the next time... ya just can't win when delt 4 - 6 off-suit multiple rounds.
