in the continuing chronicle of NYC at Xmas, here is the Rockefeller Center tree. after 9/11 there was a discernable drop in tourism in new york - which was especially recognizable during the holiday season. well, if rock center today is any indication, the world that is new york is back to pre-9/11 tourism rates. wow! so many people - so many digital cameras!
