La la land : October 17, 2006
this past week i was in LA for bizness mtgs. the weather apparently was not great the few days before I got there, but certainly took a turn for the better upon my arrival. after some meetings, my co-worker who used to live in LA took us for a little tour and to the beach front in venice. did you know they call it venice becasue there are a number of small canals, channels - which is reminiscent of the 'real' venice in Italia. i also got a chance to hang with my cousin natalia and go to amoeba music - my favorite music store in the world. oh yeah -- and STAR SITING!!! owen & luke wilson with kate hudson at this restaurant called HALs that the work group went to on tuesday night. fun stuff.
