Lesson One: 

Whether 'tis nobler. . . . . and perhaps wiser, to run the other way as fast as you can?  Read on.

 ..............it is very likely THEY will put a machine, their Harley, still a machine, their motorcycle, not you the human being first.  Why?  The bike cannot talk back or make demands--other than routine maintenance -- which they must do or the motorcycle will break down, and, they will not be able to ride.  

...............riding their bike is, a vital part of their life.

If . . . you become involved in a romantic relationship, you may one day regret it.  Or at the very least wonder why am I doing this?  The reasons are many bikers have chosen to live their life on the outside.  The result is they may not not have a clue how to behave in a relationship. 

And, what can exascerbate matters even more is, they will be given advice from their biker buddies -- unlike you--they actually listen to each other.  Usually, they will never listen to you, the person with whom they are involved.  

However the news is not all bad, there is the rare occasional biker relationship, which is pretty much an aberration, where your feelings and needs are met.  In some cases they will actually listen to you, ask you what you want or need to make you happy.

In this case treasure the dude and give him what ever he requires to make him happy!
