One of the best ways to ensure a happy halloween is to have an incredibly bright jack-o-lantern. The brighter, the better: a bright, cheerful, menacingly carved pumpkin just says, "You can get some serious CANDY here, folks!" If you have to use a 1-kilowatt bulb to get the job done...so be it!
