Gizmo bit and now he's gone (to a good family). Tam picked out Satchel (named for the dog in "Get Fuzzy"), a Cocker Spaniel. I miss Gizmo a lot. So does the Captain, but she's holding up well and does not bear any grudges towards Satchel, which is good. I don't, either - though I do believe the new puppy is somewhat retarded. Or maybe just stupid. Very cute, though.
Welcome home, Mom and Dad. Their trip to Chicago was fun - if quite an ordeal. Thanks Uncle Mike and Aunt Louise (and Tori and Steph, too)!
