295Lbs --Back on the Wagon this morning--Yogurt and Strawberries for Breakfast. And I even brought my lunch!

Today was a good day! I only had about 1300 calories. I found sparkspeople. It seems to be a website with everything. I am still counting calories and recording my food at www.fitday.com. You can always view my journal there.
