Day One-- I am on the fence about Kimkins. I don't know if I want to spend the money, but I have to get this weight off. I started the day with a cheese omelet and coffee. I have to shop for salad, fruits and meat for the week.
Okay--Costco was a bad idea---I passed up most of the samples, but not all. And the mocha freeze was calling me as I checked out.
Then there was dinner--Chicken, mash potatoes, broccoli slaw.
My total calories--2225 today (not good)
