Charlene lined up the use of the empty building next to the Barber on Main Street to use as the Haunted House.  We will need to pay $75 and clean the carpets after the event.  One of the attendees donated the $75 to pay for the rent.

Birdie stressed that since we all know what a big job we have ahead of us, we should ask volunteers but be specific about what kind of help we need as well as the time it would probably take.  At the same time, we need to respect and honor when and how much time volunteers want to spend.  Everyone agreed that we would work on being more specific on our needs and adhere to the timeliness as closely as possible.

Admission prices were discussed and it was suggested that to go through the Haunted House, admission would be $3 for individual and $10 for family.

Kathy Baty reminded the group that the Bouncing House would be available to use as well.  Charlene will contact City Hall to get permission to close off the street next to the building for the Bouncing House.  The admission has yet to be decided.  We agreed it is for the little children who may find the Haunted House a little too frightening.  It was suggested that whatever the admission charged, we would spit it with the Chamber to go toward their purchasing of the house.  Birdie has access to some large outside lights to put with the Bouncing House.
