In attendance: Charlene Fountain, Kathy Baty, Nita McKay, Birdie Hensley, Linda Komnick and Holly Allen

Purpose of the meeting: To discuss the proposed Haunted House event and volunteers.

Opening comments: Charlene reported that she had sent emails out throughout the Relay Community looking for comments for or against having a Haunted House.  Although she received some positive remarks, she did not hear any negative so it was agreed by those in attendance that the Relay for Life Haunted House was a go.  The dates will be the evenings of Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27.  The times to be decided at a later date.
