Well, hello again....

After several months of not wanting to write another word, while being forced to do just that for school, I'm finally back at it. I guess I just can't keep from hitting the keyboard to keep from hitting other things.....HA!

So, here I am, sitting at my computer after another overloaded day. It's easy enough to gravitate to this keyboard without thinking of it, instead of doing one of the many chores waiting on my attention, I guess. But that's alright, I suppose. The chores always wait for me, right?

For those who don't know me, or don't know that they don't know me, a brief introduction....

I am a 47 year old woman, a widow with two grown daughters I love deeply, both doing well for themselves and living a long way from home. I am a housecleaner by current trade, a singer by preference, a student by long habit, and a Christ-follower in and above all....a complicated mix, I'll admit, but one I am used to juggling frantically. I am busy all the time, tired most of the time, whiny on occasion, and grateful for everything I have been given. Especially family and friends (that you will hear more about as time goes on!).

This blog is one of my many outlets for joy, anger, frustration, and an occasional bout of manic craziness. I write song lyrics and poetry, tell bad jokes, mourn my flaws, and pray out loud (many times while driving my truck, much to the amazement of those around me on the highway!).

If you want to share the passenger seat in the truck for the trip, I'd be glad of some company. Just don't forget to fasten your seatbelt, I do tend to drive a little fast, and with the music cranked!
