Recieved the colored and numbered leg bands in the mail today. I just ordered them from L&M of California on Monday! I am very impressed with their service and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for open plastic leg bands. (Now to get them on the birds!)

All is well at home with the bird families. I had to take another egg away from Isis and Remus, which Isis had laid and was setting on in the food dish! I have given them a smaller food dish, hoping to curb this for just a couple of weeks, but it doesn't appear to be working.

The baby finches are doing fine and I am really looking forward to the little white baby, I am hoping for a hen. I'd love to find another one and have a pair.

I just joined the Greater Cincinnati Bird Club and am also looking forward to possibly going to a bird show in the future.
