We are trying to  put together some information and  pictures  from Ceelbuur City, Elbur City lies 360 Km North of Mogadishu the Capital of Somalia. Ceelbuur was a city of 50 thousand  population  before the civil war of 1991,  but after the  wars of 1991/2 which  severely  destroyed the city, thousand of people has been displaced.  Since 1992, the city has relatively  enjoyed  stability,  Though Some  minor accident may  happen in the   Baadiyah between  nomads who fought  over water and  grass. The  city has now 2 Primary Schools, Modern Telecommunication , electricity ..The Economy of the City Based, Burjiko mining, Eastern party is  farming area the rest of the District is based on life stock raising. And many things should  be done.

This Bridge linkis the City to the Southern  Root. Before this bridge was built, in the rainy seasons. Ceelbut City        used to be like an Island.. .. Because the huge  rain water used to be surrounded  around the City.. but now             the Wars had severely  damaged the city as well as bridge.

A Sun Set in Ceelbuur, Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw really beautiful..  I liked it...

Foot ball is fun in Ceelbuur, what really surprises  us  how Ceelbuurian listen the  BBC-Somali service every afternoon.

Now  the by Product of Burjiko has a got a market... for years   by products were like wests and poured            outside the  Burjiko Mines..   but now An Elburina has  a got a   market for it

I m Sure many of u heard Ceelbuur ku yaale ( Ceelbuur ku yaaley centiia leedahay cida lama amaanee by Sakaad   darbi)  Ceelbuur ku yaale is the trees other side  of the  water, they are  very unique trees which  only grew in Ceelbuur through out Somalia.

Even though  the Civil war of 1990s had effected the city, Still  it is beautiful
