Spaghetti with Cod Roe Sauce
The royal road to pasta. Easy and excellent cod roe pasta, just mix and dress.With a little trick, it's not soupy or dry, but wonderfully creamy!
ingredients (2 people)
- Spaghetti
- 200g
- Cod Roe
- 2 sticks (50g)
- --------Seasoning--------
- Unsalted butter
- 20g
- Mentsuyu [3 times concentrated]
- 1tablespoon
- Pepper
- as needed
- --------Topping--------
- Thinly Sliced Green Onion
- 2tablespoon
- Chopped Nori Seaweed
- 2g
How to cook
- Cut a slit in the cod roe with a knife and remove the contents with a spoon.
- Mix (1) and "Seasonings" in a bowl.
- Boil spaghetti in a pot with 1 teaspoon of salt (not included in the amount) and drain.
- Add (3) to (2) and mix.
- Place (4) in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped nori and fine green onions.
