Omelette and Rice with Demi-glace Sauce
It is easy to make with things you can always find at home. The thickened eggs and demi-glace sauce are a perfect match!

- Milk
- 2tablespoons
- Salad Oil

- Salted Butter
- 10g
- Demi-glace Sauce
- 200g
How to cook
- Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, blend it throughout, and wipe it off.
- Melt the butter over low heat, and when it is warm, add the egg mixture.
- Stir the mixture with chopsticks as if you were cooking a roasted egg, then turn off the heat.
- Fold the ends over so that a little of the egg mixture remains.
- Place the pilaf horizontally on a plate, shape it, and place the egg on top of it.
