Omelette and Rice with Demi-glace Sauce

It is easy to make with things you can always find at home. The thickened eggs and demi-glace sauce are a perfect match!

Salad Oil

Salted Butter

Demi-glace Sauce

How to cook

  1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, blend it throughout, and wipe it off.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat, and when it is warm, add the egg mixture.
  3. Stir the mixture with chopsticks as if you were cooking a roasted egg, then turn off the heat.
  4. Fold the ends over so that a little of the egg mixture remains.
  5. Place the pilaf horizontally on a plate, shape it, and place the egg on top of it.
