| July 31, 2002 Finally the war is over with no casualties. Last night, the two clans, Czy_Canucks and the Canadian_Clan sat down and had peace talks. They did reach an agreement. Some of the terms include such things as a recruitment agreement whereas the Canucks agree not to recruit any active members of the Canadians without the expressed permission of the Canadian Clan Leader.The Canucks also agree to immidiately stop harassing the Canadian_Clan and also agree to fight for the Canadian_Clan if ever requested to do so. This is the first all Canadian allegance to my knowledge in the history of AOE. Long Live the Allegance !!! A hefty congrats to both clans. July 29,2002 The weekend was very uneventful with the good weather we have been enjoying. Most of the battles this weekend were with the mosquito's on the campsite. One tidbit though, we are now officially members of the Global Clan Directory. Many thanks to the people at GCD for getting us listed and for creating a new catagory, AOE and AOE II. Hopefully this will encourage more clans to join and more battles of course. Go to www.globalclandirectory.com and check us out. July 24, 2002 Finally everything seems to be working on the web site. All the pages are accessable although some may not be complete. The last addition to the site today was the Links page. It will have every AOE game link I can find. Should become a good resource for anyone who enters. There has been lots of discussion about the Canadain Klan. Some of us think it would be good to have them as allies, being as we're all canadians. Well I dont have a problem with this at all but the problem is that Kurt doesnt seem to want to listen to talks of alliance. If any Czy can talk sense into this clan let me know. Really tired of hearing BF is a rookie game. I am going to list all the reasons it is not a rookie game on another page. It's funny how all these experienced players wont play BF but Deathmatch is KooL, give me a break. Learn to play the WHOLE game. The open maps are nothing but a rushers game. We dont have a problem playing a rushing game. We were quite good at it in AOE & RoR. But then we found another game that required you to use your head, not just your archers. BlackForest.For you rushers out there... you can still rush. But you'd better be quick. . July 23, 2002 Looks like war again. Now that some of the troops have had a chance to see just how imature this Canadianklan and its leader Canadian Kirk really are they want to kill them even more. I say let's do it. Some leader, shows up for battle but leaves his clan at home. He claims WE are rookies yet he sits in a room trying to entice rookies into a game. Well Captain Kurt... any time , anywhere, and bring some players with you this time eh? 3 minimum. We have joined CAL., the Clan Alliance Group. We will see how this goes. Hopefully it's not full of Trekkies like Captain Kurt there.. |
