This rebate program is good for the life of the dog. At no time does the rebate exceed the original purchase price of the dog. Rebate program applies only to the original purchaser of the dog and is not transferable to any other party.
All dogs receiving a Schutzhund II and AD (or other acceptable titles, HC and CDX for ACD's, french ring, KNPV, ZVV, IPO) will receive a refund of 10% of the total cost of the dog. *
All dogs receiving a SchHIII & FH or DPO, PSH, PSP, HG or equivalent titles (CDX, UD and HC for ACD's) will receive a 30% refund of the total cost of the dog.*
All dogs receiving a SchHIII, FH (or HC, CDX, UDX), an OFA of good or excellent ("a" stamp and 0/0 are acceptable), and have 5 or more progeny with a SchHIII, a 100% refund will be offered.
Checks are mailed within 30 days after confirmation of titles earned.
All puppies are whelped and kept in warm sterile quarters. During this time they are carefully examined, socialized, wormed and immunized.
All of our dog's are registered with our name.
We expect you to have your dog/pup examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. If there are any problems please contact us immediately.
All puppies & dogs are current on DHLPPV-C and Bordetella vaccines All dogs/pups over 4 months of age are current on Rabies. All dogs over the age of 1 year have been antigen tested negative for heartworms and are current on preventative.
If your dog or pup dies from Parvo or Distemper (written acknowledgment from a veterinarian proving current vaccine status is required) We will replace the puppy.
Testicles of male pups will drop (barring injury).
Ears will stand (barring injury).
Von Bergen Haus Kennel reserves the right to co-own dogs that show exceptional qualities.
If at any time in the course of the dog's life, you are unable to keep him, we reserve the first right to take him back or discuss your plans for him, before another home is found.
