PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Public liability insurance has almost collapsed. We will now be paying for

failure of insurance companies. They are skyrocketing premiums and

the Government is doing nothing about it. That is a typical example of

Howard’s government by not taking the situation seriously. This is not only

very serious, but a very dangerous case where insurance companies are

abusing their power and putting peoples’ life at risk. If the Government

doesn’t understand that, it should step down and call a new election.

We see now some little talk about public liability insurance from

State’s Governments, but nobody came up any with good ideas.

First suggestions are going only to protect insurance companies and not

people. That is unforgivable, that the Government start thinking about

improving that situation only protecting profit of insurance companies

on peoples’ expenses. Again we see that Coalitions Parties with John

Howard don’t care about individual rights of people.

That’s the circumstances showing us very clearly that we need not only new

insurance policy and regulations protecting people, but also we need new

insurance scheme, which will be protecting 100% of insured people. The new

scheme, which will not be done for profiting. The scheme will be earning

monies to cover people and firms’ claims. Such a scheme can’t be own by

a private sector, only public and community should keep their hands on that. 

The future will show us how the Government care about citizens and how

they can handle such situation. The Government has to understand

that all insurance sector needs to change and improve the policies,

protecting citizens from greedy, very selfish organizations

without any knowledge why they exist and who is the customer – insured or

shareholders. Who is more important in that circle of insurance?

If the politicians in power understand that, and they see that issue from

the people prospective, maybe after that, the Government will find a good

solution for that problem, which will give us full protection from all

organizations who only want to rip off innocent victims.
