1) He is OUT of my life forever and no matter what he does and no matter whom he harasses or stalks he is OUT.
2) I dumped the A-P OUT of my life in October 2000.
3) I dumped the A-P OUT of my life two long years ago and he needs to GET OVER IT ALREADY.
4) The A-P will NEVER, absolutely NEVER, get my permission to publish my poetry or other artistic writings.
5) Should the A-P ever claim he has my permission HE IS EITHER LYING OR DELUSIONAL. I will NEVER give the A-P permission to publish my works, which are copyrighted �.
6) I will NEVER make any deals with the A-P.
7) I will NEVER negotiate any bargains or treaties with the A-P.
8) I will NEVER compromise with the A-P.
9) I will NEVER concur with the A-P.
10) I will NEVER mediate with the A-P.
11) I will NEVER grant the A-P anything beyond my open publicly displayed loathing and viewpoints as they have evolved through time.
12) I did NOT consummate the relationship with the A-P prior to October 2000 when I dumped him nor have I had any kind of friendly contact with the A-P since then.
13) I did NOT indicate the existence of riddles to be solved.
14) There have NEVER been any riddles.
15) I did NOT tell the A-P any munchausens nonsense and in reality munchausens was the A-P's own fixation. At that time I knew almost nothing about munchausens.
16) I HATE the A-P's guts because of the A-P's two years of deranged and abusive behaviors towards me and towards others.
17) Of all of the low-lifes I have ever known, I view the A-P as the lowest of them all.
18) Of all of the cowards I have ever known, I view the A-P as the most cowardly of them all.
19) Of all of the despicable people I have ever known, I view the A-P as the most despicable of all.
20) Of all of the obsessed sickening people I have ever known, I view the A-P as the most obsessed and the most sickening of them all.
21) The A-P NEEDS to leave me the F*CK alone.
22) If the A-P believes he can continue harassing me and abusing me by crawling around at night and barking my dogs he is mistaken again. I will happily get rid of any and all dogs that cannot be kept quiet at night by use of indoor confinement and muzzles.
23) If the A-P believes that he can continue abusing me and continue terrorizing me by stalking inside of my yard at night I will happily purchase night guard dogs that I guarantee will bite him. These dogs will be trained not to accept food from strangers.
24) It is my right to own guard dogs and it is my legal right to publicly post the fact that I plan to obtain guard dogs if necessary.
25) It is my responsibility, in fact, to publicly post, "Beware of Dog," and "Guard Dog on Duty." I am pre-posting this notice now.
26) The A-P is NOT invited to continue stalking websites that display my poetry and other writings.
27) I do NOT wish to see or speak to that cockroach's egg-sack known as the A-P. However, I know of someone else who does. This is not to make deals or bargains with the A-P.
28) I view the A-P as a delusional stalker. This is my own honest opinion.
29) I have a God given right to have my own opinion. Atheists also have a right to their opinion.
30) I have a right to state my opinions.
31) I have a right to have and express my own feelings.
32) I have a right to have and express my own thoughts.
33) I have a right to have and express my own beliefs.
34) I do NOT need anyone else's permission to have and express my own thoughts, feelings and opinions.
35) I believe the police reports reasonably support my opinion.
36) I believe statements made by the police, those outside of investigative questioning, reasonably support my opinion.
37) It is my logical opinionated position and the similar position of many others I know that the A-P is either lying about his claims against me or the A-P is completely insane. It is within this position that the A-P's claims are malicious slander.
38) I have demanded that the A-P stay out of my life, I have demanded that the A-P stay away from me and mine and the A-P cannot comprehend that these demands have validity.
39) Had the A-P not initially threatened and stalked me none of this would have happened.
40) HAD THE A-P STOPPED STALKING ME PRIOR TO 2002, these websites would have never contained this form of information.
41) I will pursue all legal remedy available to me if necessary.

50) It is not reasonable, sane, or humane to expect me to suffer without catharsis.
51) I have a right to my own catharsis.
52) There is only one sane option for the A-P in this situation. This option is that the A-P leaves me alone. The one sane option is that the A-P goes away and stops stalking. There is no other sane option for the A-P.
53) More stalking will eventually lead to legal concrete negative consequences for the A-P.
54) The A-P has been forbidden to stalk websites containing my poetry and other creative writings.
55) I have removed myself from that A-P constructed chipmunk wheel of the effectively terrorized victim for awhile now.
56) I am becoming someone that no sane A-P would wish to stalk.
57) It is time for the A-P to STOP stalking.
58) The situation is changing.
59) The initial primary victim, meaning myself, has undergone necessary changes.
60) The A-P needs to get lost.
61) All stalking information from this time forward will be public information.
62) I have learned from my previous silence( With the exception of contact with police and few close friends and family) that my silence does nothing to stop the stalking.
63) I will NEVER be silent again.
