| Cyris Questions to Lady Lost: (Just Talk Folks Not The Gospel) @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 1) The alleged perp likes to talk about them stolen keys a lot doesn't he? Yupper dupper, he certainly does. I believe those stolen keys and what he did with them were his own most direct, almost overt, attempt to create a set-up situation that he could blame on me. And believe me, both others and myself have really thought about that entire scenario and what happened and why someone would do what was done on that occasion. 2) What was all done with them stolen keys? Well, the keys were missing for about a week and during that time period someone repeatedly entered my house when I wasn't home and moved things around, turned lights on that had been off and turned lights off than had been on when I left the house. The same thing was done with doors inside my house, doors that had been open, like the master bedroom door for instance, would be closed and doors inside the house that had been closed when I left were open when I returned home. Someone also took various items out of my house, items that have never been returned. And someone played musical dome lights in my cars late at night; meaning the dogs would bark like crazy and I'd look outside and see the dome light was on in the Intrepid. So I'd peer around out there carefully and when I was pretty sure no one was near by anymore I'd scurry out there and turn the dome light off. Later on the dogs would bark again and I'd look out and the dome light would be back on again. This happened over and over. Someone would turn the dome light on in either the Intrepid or the Stratus we had at the time, repeatedly at night. Mostly the dome light was repeatedly turned on in the Intrepid, but he did it with the Stratus a number of times too. And always I knew when to look out the front window because the dogs were barking a certain frenzied way. It got to the point where when I came home in the evening I'd carefully, hyper-vigilantly check out the window first thing, once I got inside the house to make absolutely sure the dome lights were off, so that when they got turned on later I'd know without a doubt that someone else had done it, so I wouldn't have to doubt myself. 3) Alright, stop here now. Did you run to look out the window when the dogs barked like that? No, I'd walk over there and part the curtains we had at the time and look out were the cars were parked. And the canine bark patterns were very distinct and an on and off occurrence throughout the night back then, so in all honesty it wasn't ever a mad dash to the window. I didn't have a night capable video camera back then either so I felt pretty hopeless to document it if he was ever caught in action. Not to mention, this would tend to happen late at night when I was either in the bathtub trying to unwind from some other stalking related freak-out or asleep and the barking would indicate that it was time to put on some clothes and look or wake up and look around outside. 4) Alright stop again. Where were you sleeping in those nights? Well, because my husband was out of town and someone was obviously entering my house uninvited I was afraid to sleep in my bed, so I was sleeping in a spare bathroom that we never used. This was the only room in the entire house that I could totally secure so that no one could get in there without alerting me big-time to their efforts. I would lock the bathroom door and barricade it shut with this big heavy glass shower door that had fallen off its track. Then I'd have my cordless phone and a cell phone in there with me too. 5) Why didn't ya sleep over at a motel? By this time we already couldn't have afforded that. And I didn't have anywhere else to sleep over at the time. 6) Why was your husband outta town? He had to fly my son out of town to evacuate him from the house so that the A-P couldn't hurt him or hurt me when my child was around to see it. 7) And how old was you boy then? He was four years old, pretty much just four not close to five years old. 8) Did it scare your boy to be taken outta state like that? Yes it did. It was really a terrible thing, but I couldn't let him stay here and be a victim himself or perhaps witness something horrible and possibly even perverted with the A-P being as aggressive as he was back at that time. 9) What else happened while the keys were not in your hands? Well, this sick nonsense, these violations I've already mentioned continued and then at the end of this time period someone went over to my male ranch owner and friend's place, located about a mile away from my house, and this person released almost all the horses out of their corrals, pasture areas and out of the arena as well. The horses were let out of the arena because this person cut the bolts on one of the panels and pulled these heavy panels that were solidly set into dirt apart. Then the person, the perpetrator, slashed my friend's van tires, two tires were slashed, placed a rusty hand saw on display, and placed my key ring with keys next to a long black tire iron on the ground. I got a frantic phone call from my friend that morning, hearing the ringing telephone and listening to his message on my answering machine is what woke me up, and I had to jump right into my car and race over there to help catch all the horses. 10) Where were the horses at when they were loose? A bunch of them were running down the road, others were in the fields around my friend's place, and some others were running around on his property. 11) How many horses were let out? About 40 of them. A lot. 12) Were they all your friend's animals? Nope. Pretty much all of mine were out too, running around loose, with his because I had brought my horses over there to evacuate them from my place because of the A-P's stalking. 13) Who do you say stole you keys? Without a doubt in my mind I honestly believe the A-P stole them and I believe the A-P released those horses and created that sick little display with my keys and the tire iron. And I have no doubts in my mind that the A-P also created the rest of the damage over there. That's my opinion and I really believe it to be true. 14) What happened after you all caught the horses? We called the police and a while later they came out and took a report. I also took a bunch of pictures of everything. 15) Did ya take pics of the horses loose? No, both my friend and I were way too busy catching them to think about taking pictures of them loose. 16) The police take your keys to finger print em? Nope! Both my friend and I asked them too, I tried to insist, but they wouldn't do it. I realize now, years later, that there probably weren't any good prints on the keys or other things that were on that key ring, but I felt that the police should at least try it and see. But they flat out refused, so I picked up my keys hesitantly and that was it. 17) Had ya touched the keys before the police got on the scene? No way, neither my friend nor I dared to touch them. At the time we thought the police might want to take them, so I photographed them but I didn't touch them! 18) You and your friend have to do anything after the cops left? Yes, unfortunately we had to drive into town, to the hardware store, and we both pitched in 50% of the money to buy heavy-duty padlocks and chains for all the horse corrals. 19) How much did all those locks and chains cost you? All together the expense was about $500.00 (five hundred dollars). We split it 50/50. Then we had to go back to his place and put all the horses into locked corrals. 20) Did you friend handle horses good or did you have to do most of the work? I definitely had to do most of the work. My friend is handicapped. He can walk and stuff, but he has some problems. 21) Now the alleged perp likes to talk about shoe prints that were on the dirt at your friend's ranch that morning. What's the deal with that? The A-P claims the show prints were mine and that this along with the fact that my stolen keys were there is proof that I'm the perpetrator. However, the bottom line is that there were three different sets of show prints there that morning. Mine were there because I was at the place before to help my friend with the critters and I was definitely there that very early morning running all over the place, helping my friend catch all the horses. My male friend's shoe prints were there because he owns the place and he was also running after horses that morning. But there was a third set of shoe prints that didn't belong to either my friend or I. This third set of shoe prints didn't belong to my friend's wife either. These I'm sure, in my mind, were the A-P's shoe prints and I took pictures of them. Unfortunately this all happened in 2001 and I'm sure the A-P has new shoes by now since it's currently 2003. 22) The police didn't haul the alleged perp in and check out his shoes? Nope, not that I'm aware of, no. 23) Did the police take pics of their own at the scene? Yes, after we insisted they finally did. 24) You think the police have pics of the third person's shoe prints? I don't really know. To me the police seemed 1/2 hearted in their photographing efforts, so they may have missed that even though both my friend and I tried to show them the third set of prints. I believe the police do have pictures of some shoe prints, but I suspect they may not have photos of the third set of prints. I could certainly be incorrect though. 25) You willing to let me show the third set of shoe prints right here on this site? Sure, why not. 26) Did the yellow tag on the stolen keys have an address on it? No it definitely did not have an address on it. Nothing on the key ring had an address on it. 27) Did ya report those keys stolen to the police before the scene happened at your friend's? Yes I did. 28) Did your friend know when the keys were stolen? Yes he definitely did. 29) Do you know anyone else now who'd be wanting to take your keys and do what was done to you and your friend? No, there isn't anyone else that I could even begin to think of. I have never known any other person who would have the slightest interest in doing such deranged things. Plus, I can't imagine how anyone else would know which person and which house those keys belonged too. There was no address on the key ring anywhere. Moreover, who else would know where both my home and my male friend's home were and also know that those keys belonged to me and that it would be a nifty set-up to drop them off at my friend's place after creating a mess over there. The only person I can think of is the A-P. That's my opinion.
