I'm still in Colorado Springs since moving back in high school. I love it here. It is absolutely beautiful. We have no desire to move anywhere else.
Family:
Not married yet. John Paul is gettting so big. I love the age he is at right now. I can't believe that he will be 8 in September. He is in 2nd grade and doing much better than when he was in 1st grade. Boy, was he a terror:) He is very active...he plays baseball and football and soccer in the fall. He is getting to the age of "liking girls." I am trying to convince him otherwise.
Career:
I have been working as an Emergency Medical Technician in the trauma center/ER at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs.I have been there for 3 years now. I love what I do so much. It is a very challenging job...but it keeps me very busy. I work 3 nights a week from 7p-7a. Then I have four days off in a row. So that is kinda nice. Especially when summer comes around, to be with J.P. I am still going to school for nursing. I had hoped to have my RN a long time ago, but it's not easy when you have a child. January of next year, I should be taking my state boards :) I will continue to work in the ER...they have already promised me a position.
Hobbies:
I don't have much spare time. Between John Paul and all of his activities, school and work...I try to manage a social life.
Memories:
I do miss all of you guys so much and hope to get in touch with you soon! I'm just very bad at doing so :)
My family is doing good. I still live with my parents. They are awesome...always helping me out, while I am saving money. Shelby and Ian are both moved out though. I think Shelby moved out the weekend after she graduated! She will be 20 in June. She is working for MCI. Ian is 22. He has a little boy. He just turned 2. His name is Caleb. Both are doing great. My mom is still doing travel. I don't think she will ever change her career. Paul is retired from 20 years in the army, last year. He now teaches high school JROTC and History in Denver. Everyone says hi!
